Yeah all the 2024s (including mine) came with PS4S and I believe they're putting PS5 on the 2025s. Acura's website says "summer tire" along with the size they come in. I know sometimes dealers like to swap the tires out for a cheaper one, so keep that in mind if your car comes with different tires.
all these reply’s are very interesting. Seems like all Type S cars come with 4S tires. I brought the question up because I was watching a Raiti’s Rides type S video and when he got to the tires he said 4S originally then corrected himself and said the 25 model year came with a 5. Wondering if someone switched the tires of his review car.
The ps4s tire comes in a lot of different flavors for different makes. Star spec is the bmw one that comes on the m cars typically. N spec (with now many N variations) is Porsche. Dt1 is Honda. The tire was specifically designed for this car with a stiffer carcass and a different rubber compound. It is louder than a standard ps4s, but also seems to shed heat a little better and is more tolerant of track use before it overheats.
My dealer was very clear that this car should not be driven with the 4s tires when the temp is at or near 40 degrees or lower. Like...extremely clear!
Yes. I was actually able to transport 8 tires with no issue. Seats folded down, 4 stacked on top of where the rear seats would be, 3 standing vertically in the cargo area (just make sure you put some kind of block or backpack or something to prevent them from rolling into the back window), and one in the passenger seat.

On that note, if you have the funds, why not just buy a second set of wheels and swap them yourself at home? It sounds like you already have the space to store them.
