Springs between the 2023 Integra and 2022 Civic Si interchangeable?

Chassis doesn't matter the suspension design does. A 2015 Mustang GT can't use springs from a 2015-22 GT350, Mach1, Bullitt, or GT500 even though they are all the same chassis. They have different suspension types.

The previous Gen Si had those so unless they were heavily revised, and it doesn't really sound like it was, more just a slight upgrade, springs for the 10th gen Si should/may work.
