Replace rotors or not? Two track weekends and 12.5k total miles

I have a set of Paragon P3 brake pads ready to go before my next track weekend in November... I have done two track weekends so far with The Driver's Edge. I only turned VSA off for a couple of hard sessions, since it was a new track I had to learn each time. I wonder if the rear rotors are cooked or not.

I haven't owned any car this new and modern in a long time - wondering what the consensus is, and how to properly analyze and maintain this car. I'm the guy who wrote this thread thinking two track weekends a year would be the ceiling for having a daily driver + occasional track use. Already seeming pretty pricey the way thing thing eats up brakes!

12.5k miles is not much. Rotors dont wear like pads when run hard. If they are not pulsating and thickness is still greater than minimum spec. I would keep using them. No need in waisting money.

This. People who drive gingerly can usually run 2 sets of pads before needing rotors

tho. The front brembo pads seem to chomp on the rotor some. They must be semi metallic? I’ve no idea if you could really truly run two sets of oem pads on the same rotor. I’m sure if they were ceramic ebc red stuff pads U definitely could?

the rear seems to use Hondas organic pads. Considering how the car eats the rear pads. Bet U can run 3-4 sets of pads back there before needed new rotors
