I made my own thread to stop hijacking your thread. Any further updates I get will be posted there. Sorry for the thread-jacking!
No worries!

I'm not sure, but that might be the error caused when a little too much grease/lube/something is applied near the sensor during assembly. If that's it, it's an easy fix.
You were correct. They ordered a new wheel bearing for it and I'll be taking it back whenever that part gets in. I'm guessing some wheel bearings either aren't sealed correctly or are filled with excessive grease and the grease escapes and gets on the tone ring and interferes with the signal. He checked the right front and it was clean but the left front had excessive grease.

Happy it's an easy fix, even though it's extremely annoying to have something like this happen.

Im glad your issue was simple. Continue to enjoy one of what may be the last fun to drive new cars that we may get before the depressing EV future!

Unfortunately, the issue is still not fixed. Since my last update, they have replaced the wheel bearing, the VSA modulator, and the wiring harness. The issue still remains. An engineer is being sent out to come look at it on 1/12. I have been in an MDX loaner as well for the last month.

Well that escalated to the same level of shitshow as my car did quickly. If it makes you feel any better I'm waiting on a backordered sub harness and spent a month in loaners as well. Oddly, after the engineer was sent out and my car was returned back to me because "its not a safety related problem" I've had no issues. Even though they are blaming a sub harness, the issue suddenly disappearing makes me think the engineer did some software black magic during his/her trip.

How's your dealer experience been? Have you contacted Acura customer service?

:( That is unfortunate. I hate when diagnosing an intermittent issue and it suddenly disappears. Never know when it might come back up.

Before I took the car into the dealership, I have a friend that has a scan tool that can graph and he monitored it while I was driving and you could see the left front wheel speed sensor frequently dropping out while the others were steady. I'm very surprised the parts they replaced didn't fix the issue.

My dealership experience has been mostly good. There was a lack of communication the last time I went in where the part didn't actually come in like the service advisor was told. That's when they offered to give me a loaner and deliver the car when it is fixed. He has been calling me at least once or twice a week to keep me updated though. I have not yet felt a need to contact Acura directly.

That's wild that they've replaced everything in that system and it still is not fixed. Sounds like there's a deeper rooted problem. Hopefully the engineer trip can get you some answers.

How's the MDX loaner experience been? Has it started to grow on you? Remember you will get your own car back to enjoy eventually.

Yep. I'll give updates on what they find.

The MDX hasn't been bad. I'm impressed how well it handles as well as the MPG it gets for its size. Absolutely hate the touchpad controls though. I've driven SUV's for the past 16 years and it definitely drives the best. But I'm definitely ready for my more fun to drive car back :p

What are your feelings on the pumped in engine noise? I found that more bothersome than the TouchPad with the MDX.

It's definitely noticeable. It doesn't bother me too much though. I'm used to having a louder truck so that might be why.

It wasn't the noise that bothered me. It was the fact that it is louder inside than outside.

I have modified the exhaust of every vehicle I have had over the past 15 years. I have a rotary that breaks every noise ordinance there is as well as a ford 302 that does the same.

It's the way that the sound enters the cabin that bothered me.

So appears the issue is solved. Turns out after replacing the VSA modulator, the engine wiring harness, and the speed sensor sub-harness, the issue was the original wheel bearing as well as the replacement. They replaced it again and drove it around and had no more issues. They’re delivering it today. I live 40 minutes away so I appreciate that.

Gotta love all that extra work because of a failed new part. Glad it worked out for you
