I had this happed to me when I cleaned and recharged my PRL cone intake filter. I think I had a little too much oil on the cone when I placed it back triggering the CEL. Cleared the code and the the OEM bubbles was back and no more CEL.

I had the same symptom as you. Mine was P0456, small evap leak. It kept coming back after clearing the code, so I took it to the dealer. They said they didn't fix anything but just checked if things are ok and cleared the code. But it hasn't come back since. Knock on woods.
