I'm having my shop install Remark's link loop cat-back exhaust on my A-Spec today. Right now I have a TSP downpipe and a PRL aftermarket front pipe installed on my car. I got a call from my shop and they are telling me that the 2.5" neck on the Remark exhaust may not create a complete seal with the 3" opening on my PRL frontpipe. They are concerned that the step-down will result in a leak.
PRL advertises that Remark's exhaust mates up perfectly without any issue. I told the shop to proceed with installation and I'll deal with any issues that arise later.
Has anyone else had issues with the Remark Exhaust + PRL front pipe combination? Was an adapter required?
