Whenever I look for a new car I always bring a list of "must haves".

Considering that my wife's mid-trim odyssey from 2018 has auto up rear windows, I thought it was pretty obvious that an Acura from 2024 would have them. Yes, i should have realized when looking at the switch gear that the rear switches don't say "Auto".

It's pretty annoying when you have to get back in the car, turn on the auxiliary just to put the rear windows up because I didn't hold the switch long enough!

The question is, can the software be "flashed" to fix this ridiculousness?

Nope.

The button is tied to a local memory function and the canbus. It's one button module, though. You'd have to find another button module potentially and then crack the canbus to update the registry. Since your name has all track in the name I assume you're familiar with obd eleven and the Bosch registry settings..? No such thing on the Honda platform yet that I'm aware of, unfortunately.

Agreed, it's annoying. Almost as annoying as the fact the passenger front and rear door are wired in series and the front is always last to roll up.
