For a 30 minute session at the track I would start out at 4psi lower than target, then see what it is when you come in. (I actually keep my display on the Tire pressure screen so I can see what's happening throughout the session.) Once fronts hit 38-39 psi you can go full send!
May need to adjust down a psi or two depending on track. Also ambient temps usually increase throughout the day so i typically check pressures before each session.
