Those parts on my Type-S got scratched when a neighbor of mine cleared snow from my Type-S.
I know a lot of folks here change these parts to carbon fiber pieces. But I'm wondering if anyone wants get rid of those parts (that are cluttering up your garage/storage :) ).

I have a factory black spoiler just sitting in my garage. I took it off at less than 1,000 miles to put the factory carbon one on. Throw me an offer.

Was double sided tape used to help affix it to the car?

The New spoiler? All I used was double sided tape to install the new spoiler. The factory one was installed by the factory, which I think was a small amount of double sided tape and the vertical clamp posts. You could install it with just double sided tape if you use the correct type.

The body shop is getting a little whiney about double sided tape to install it, but that should be a minor concern.

I have a factory spoiler off of my 26' Type S with 12miles on it before the dealer installed the CF. I also have my emblems and type S badges

I have one in the works from Florida. If that falls through, I'll reach out to you.

I have one off a '25 just sitting around in the box the optional carbon fiber spoiler came in.

I can confirm that it uses both double sided tape and mounting clips. If someone tries to remove it without removing the interior panels and gently compressing the clips they are likely to damage the clips as well as distort the metal on the trunk lid.

Hi everyone, Thank you to those who offered up parts for my car.
I stopped by the shop doing the work and talked about the parts installation, the insurance company, and what will be best in the long run. I'm going to let them order new stuff for a variety of reasons. The shop is good and I would recommend them. I saw the car with bumpers off, moldings and other stuff removed. They are doing the work the right way. It isn't cheap but given the amount of scratch damage it is the only thing that makes sense.
