OEM AMBER HEADLIGHT REFLECTOR REPLACEMENT

Due to the limited availabiliy of lighting upgrades for the 23+ Integra, I am looking to get replacement reflector lenses created. These would be molded off OEM amber reflectors and I would probably offer a clear or smoked version to replace in the OEM headlights. I know most people would be afraid to open up their factory lights for such a minor upgrade. Just looking to guage interest in these and start production.

Just to remind people that these headlights cost, what, more than 2k $?

And also that if there is water getting inside after opening up and resealing the headlight, your car might just not even start. Some people, after an accident, had that problem...

So for me, the risks and money lost of such a mod is way too high.

I agree it's a risk but most people would send to a professional shop to install anyway and that falls on them to warranty. This also gives shops an option to offer these to customers. I've seen some people just remove the amber altogether. Alot of FL5 owners do the JDM or EDM swap to remove the ambers.

Easy solution would be just a tinted overlay but it sounds like you want the whole shibango.

Some people don't like the tint overlays and I'm looking to have made smoked replacements for the OEM look like the jdm/edm FL5 headlight options.
