Please ignore the times posted. Traction was on and I did not launch the car. But in the video I'm running 19psi target but the car isn't coming close to it. According to logs boost target goes no more than 18 but 16.7 to 17 seems to be my max most of the time. When I get home I'm going to switch to normal and sport being at 19 psi and see if that changes. I'll hit 19 psi on rare occasions but this is not tune related because stock was very inconsistent as well. Wonder if I have a boost leak or something.

By the way sorry for the music in the video lol. Wife was vibing and didn't want me to turn it down lol

Obviously temperatures, elevation, and other environmental factors will play a role here.
Yesterday was actually a decent day 82f but humidity was only 28%. I'm in NY so elevation by me is only 33 above sea level. Roads where I did the run were definitely not ideal and I did have mulch and soil in my trunk as well as a passenger. Road was at a slight incline as well. But even when I was stock I saw occasional 17s but mostly 16 according psi according to torque. I'm going to run map 2 which is a map where I didn't adjust any boost settings and see what happens

@KTuner question, does tps affect boost( assuming it does) in first gear while wot open throttle all the values I see are 30% to 50%. in 2nd gear I then see 113% . Maybe I'm not pushing the pedal all the way down 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Another run but 16.5/18psi map in sport mode. Traction still on I should have turned it off. Slightly uphill. Tomorrow I'll try and get a proper 0-60 with traction off early morning and see if the temp diff helps me out

If anybody is wondering why the 0-60 times are so slow its because of the incline and the fact that I'm stretching the gears out. Shifting at 6500 is not ideal I'd your chasing numbers

Flashed starter 18 not the dual tune but not getting good numbers 😢. Temps outside at 66 degrees car has ideal temps and boost even lower🤷‍♂️

So looking at logs I'm noticing that my afr isnt really changing in first gear when I think it should be running richer I believe

When I get into 2nd gear is when the car runs richer

If I'm not mistaken running in the 14s could be bad for the engine during high boost situations but thankfully I'm not making a ton a boost. Should I ne concerned or do I have this backwards?

That’s dangerously lean in 1st gear at 14-15 psi. God imagine if it was hitting the 18 like it’s supposed to.

Sounds like these starter tunes need some work. I’m sure we will get some sort of finger pointing response though.

Hopefully it's not reading correctly because looking back at all my logs 1st gear is constantly at 14.7 and every other gear looks like it's doing what it's suppose to. Hopefully just a hiccup. Because it's almost stuck at 14.7 and doesn't really change until 2nd gear

I'm going to go back to stock and see if I see the same behavior. Also looking back at my logs and knock control stays pretty much .54 with the max hitting .64 so I think I'm safe

So driving home in any gear afr pretty much stay consistent at 14.5-15.1 whether I'm cruising or Wot with neutral going to 29.1. I'm hoping it's just a glitch in the parameters but I'm going to go back to stock and confirm. Would suck if this is real and I've been playing with fire this whole time

Ok so just to update so nobody is freaking out about their tune I tested the car on the tune with the laptop running. When I go wot I can see the tables highlighting where the air fuel ratio is suppose to be but the logs and Guages still show 14s when it's suppose to be 12s. I flash back to stock to see the behavior and same exact outcome with 14s throughout the power band which now just seems like a hiccup with the program or my ktuner unit itself not reading correctly. Trying to locate my other obd2 so I check what torque is spitting out to compare but it is not tune related

I'm just looking at all the info given because I want to learn how to tune myself but is this correct. When I load the ktuner base maps. Vtec activation shows 32767 rpm. This can't be right? Can anyone confirm
