Integra Steering Wheel static noise

I have a 2024 integra a-spec and since I bought it I noticed there was a static/electric type of sound coming from the steering wheel.
It doesn't always make the sound when I drive but it’s annoying and loud when it does. I’ve brought it to the dealer several times and even played them a video and they claim they don’t know what the issue is. Has anyone ever else had similar issues with their steering wheels making similar noises ?

That sounds like a buzzing sound. Does it happen on a specific RPM? Or does it make noise even when you put into neutral? I had a buzzing sound from the AC vent at 2000 RPM, which sounded similar to the one in your video.

agreed...more like plastic rattle somewhere around there
