just installed my AWE exhaust yesterday. straight forward job, just have a buddy and you'll knock it out in an hour or two. only annoying thing was the skid/cover plates. so many clips...

anyways, this exhaust... it sounds so, so, so good. worth every damn penny. especially with the 6 speed.
its the perfect balance between stock and very noticeable. with the windows up, the 180 technology does its job wonderfully well, and keeps the tone and pops down to a minimum. with the windows down is when you'll wanna turn off your music and just listen to the pops and burbles and the deep, rich tone. its pretty loud with the windows down, but not obnoxiously loud. just enough. (imo)

AWE provides a front pipe which is pretty sick! you can definitely feel the mid range of the rpm's kick in a bit more. nothing crazy, but you can definitely feel it pull a tad more compared to stock. the exhaust is pretty timid tone wise in the lower range, but really opens up in the mid-high range. the pops and burbles are addictive, and redlining it REALLY makes the exhaust pop. it's really cool.

if you're not a fan of the burbles, definitely don't get this exhaust. when i say it pops a lot, i mean it pops a LOT. definitely would recommend if you want a fine balance between commuting, and wanting to hear the L15's deep rumble.

anyways, i got a picture and some sound clips for those who are shopping around. MIND YOU, MY PHONE DOES NOT DO THIS EXHAUST JUSTICE!!! ITS SO MUCH BETTER IN PERSON. but hopefully i can help some of you guys out, since I know I was only watching the same, like, 4 videos for this exhaust trying to see if its the right fit for me lol
