I was on the highway and noticed that when I went to pass someone in 6th (~75-80mph) my clutch seemed to slip a little.

The only performance upgrades I have done to the car are installing the SiriMoto clutch damper delete and flashing it with the Pherable stage 1.5 on a KTuner (which I drive 95% of the time at the lowest setting of 16psi); both of these mods were installed at ~2k miles. I can admit that my shifting hasn’t been as smooth as I would liked, especially going from my 09’ Focus with a very different feeling clutch, but I find it hard to believe that I’ve been driving the car so terribly that my clutch is “going out” already.

Is my clutch still in just in its “break in” period or should I have a mechanic take a look at the transmission/clutch and see if there is any damage done to it from my driving/tune/damper delete

You should never be passing anyone in 6th gear, especially when tuned. If you need to pass you should drop down to 4th, overtake, then back to 6th. 5th might have been ok if you weren't tuned but since you are tuned, I'd pass in 4th. What you are doing is putting an incredible amount of strain on your rotating assembly (mostly connecting rods) and you clutch hence the slip. Hopefully you didn't glaze your clutch during the slip event.

In short, downshift to 4th when passing and keep your drivetrain happy
