$500 is all I placed months ago. We should know more from dealers in a few days.

Spoke with dealer yesterday and I'm number one on the waitlist, they haven't asked for a deposit yet, but sounds like they will be soon. Pumped!!

I have an allocation through Honda Canada for the Type R but likely a year or two away. I prefer the Type S's looks, features and exhaust! FL5 is still awesome though.

I'm not in Canada (I'm very close though, lol) but, I did contact several local Honda dealers regarding purchasing a CTR but, they were all asking outrageous prices. It definitely wasn't worth buying it for over MSRP when I knew the Type S was soon to be announced and fit my needs much better.

500$ not bad! Call a couple of places and it can go as hight as 2000$!!
Well it was the day it was announced officially. I imagine it is likely more now based on demand.

And what colour are you looking for?

This is whay I got for sales rep:

Tiger eye = Black interior
Apex blue = Black interior
Silver = Black Interior
Black = red & black
Carbon liquid = red & black
White = Red & Black

Still to confirm but if this is true, no Orchid White for the Canadian Market!

My top 3 was liquid carbon, apex blue, and performance red.
Colours haven’t been 100% confirmed for Canada yet, most likely will be shared over the weekend.

Anyone know what the waiting lists are like currently? I’ve been told I’m second in line but I’ve been on the list since October

I heard some the dealers in Canada stopped taking deposits after about a dozen but I don’t know if that true.
