2025 Integra A-spec Tire Size adjustment for comfort

With the OEM 235/40 R18 installed, is it possible to increase sidewall height to 45 and maintain clearance? Looking for a little extra give and comfort.

While a 45 should work it will screw up the speedometer and odometer readings. It’d be best to go down to a 17 inch rim and get a tire size that maintains the correct outer circumference. For winter tires I have 17 inch rims with 215/50/17. If you want to go wider 235/45/17 will also have the proper circumference.

I think the short answer to your question is yes. But if ride quality is unsatisfactory, I doubt that playing around with tires or tire sizes will solve your problem.
