18x8.5 +32 or 18x8.5 +42?

I'm looking to get my first set of aftermarket wheels for my integra. I have narrowed my search down to the Konig Helliograms, the only issue is that the wheels come in a +42 offset and a +32 offset and I don't know which option to go with. I would like a more flush and aggressive look than stock but I don't want the wheels to stick out too far and throw rocks at the paint. I was just wondering what other people are running and what they think the better option is.

The +42 with a 5mm spacer would be pretty clean and close to flush.
