YES!! Thanks, Random... you found it. From TFL Car - This Honda Civic Hatchback Costs More Than The FASTER Si — Is It Worth The Extra Cash?

What's your take on the performance levels being Si-like? Two things stood out to me recently (caution - wild speculation ahead!): Hondata and others seeing more available HP than Honda is claiming with the Si's 1.5t; and I watched a vid review of the Si where there was a pieced-in segment from...
Hondabob, you make a lot of sense and I agree with that comment on building the brand. It would be wonderful if they kept the approach for the Integra that they used when they were intro'ing the RDX, TLX etc...: SH-AWD, premium sound, "if it looks like wood, its wood", etc... and I think...
but when we look at other Acura models, that's not the case. RDX FWD - no LSD. SH-AWD is avail. Ditto TLX and MDX. I'm saying, I dont think SH-AWD is coming for this model but will be real surprised if I'm wrong.
Why would Acura include a LSD if they're planning SH-AWD ? Can this Civic platform even be modified for SH-AWD (assuming perhaps a TypeS is coming and might include SH-AWD) ?
From their plan, it definitely looks like they're hinging their immediate growth on the new vehicle. That must be why they pulled out the Integra name for this - they're expecting ~40% growth over the ILX (and likely, less discounting).
Just guessing, but my hunch is they'll have standard colors within the Acura/Civic line. Many of the Acura colors are just reformulations of the same color from the Honda line, with altered base coats %'s of either white, black or silver (Pearl v. Metallic) - ie. Boost Blue Pearl [Honda] and...
has anyone that's seen these in person commented on whether they see a lumbar adjuster on the driver's seat or whether there is a transmission tunnel through the rear foot well in the back?
