There’s a forum thread somewhere, but I cannot locate it at the moment.
Basically, it’s removing the leather strip that runs over the glove box. Remove the shift knob. Pop off the shifter surround. Remove the side trim (I believe there are some screws there, so don’t force it without looking...
Yes, all seven are the same part number.
The main “body” of the part are all the same. Depending on location, the little lens attachment will be different. You simply have to slide the old one off and put it on the new one. Pretty easy to figure out once you start taking things apart.
Running Silvers on my A-Spec for over a year now. Really like them. They were installed for me as part of the prototype offer, but I’ve installed springs and coilovers many times before. Power tools help a bunch. Expect to pay about $250 for labor at a shop.
I’m in Miami in case you’re...
I filed a report with the NHTSA this morning. I urge everyone else having this issue to do the same. Hopefully it’ll light a fire under them.
I’m waiting to take it to the dealer until there’s an official fix. I really dislike them working on my car, plus I wonder about alignment issues since...
Interesteting indeed. I love manual transmission. It’s always #1 of “must haves.” My last five cars over the past 21 years have all been stick shift.

I wouldn’t have it any other way. Now, if they...
I ended up going to my local Honda dealer, and I was able to negotiate a better per unit price since I was ordering several. Sure it took a couple months, but it all worked out in the end.
That’s right. You need to remove the leather strip that goes from the center console to above the glove box. Then it’s a matter of removing 2 or 3 screws (look closely), and then it’ll remove easily. If it doesn’t, that means you missed a screw.
If you’re going to go with the budget lighting...
I have the same car as you, but 2023. I had the Sportlines installed, and I thought they were great. Great drop, rode like stock, and zero scraping. Ultimately, I decided to go with coilovers for a lower drop.
If you’re going to drop the car, make it worthwhile. To me, 1” is almost pointless...
Finally picked up my red lights this morning from the dealer. The Type-R red lights are noticably brighter (more intense) compared to my budget color change. During daytime, you can’t even see the budget mod. I guess it all depends on your budget and need for daylight ambient lightning...
What a coincidence. Just picked mine up an hour ago from the dealer after waiting for a couple months.
I had created another thread on a budget alternative. I’ll post pics there.
