  1. Integra media first drives are starting today in Austin!

This article shows the heated wheel on all trims in Canada and it doesn’t say CVT only like it does for other features. Not definitive but points to compatibility with the manual...
  2. What’s it gonna take to get you to buy a Type S?

Ya, no manual will make this decision very easy. If they do a manual, that’ll be tricky. The ASpec Elite is well optioned so other than more power, bigger wheels/brakes and more seat controls I’m not sure what they’ll add. After freight and pdi it’ll be 50K here at least. Tough sell.
  3. Official PLATINUM WHITE Integra Club & Photos

Yep. Black is kind of boring and orchid is kind of high maintenance so red was winning by process of elimination. Not sure my retinas can handle that shade of red every day.
  4. Curb Weight of Integra A-Spec w/ Tech: 3,073 lbs (manual) and 3,150 lbs (CVT)! [OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED]

I do hope they make the Type S mostly out of cf to offset the ridiculous price they’ll likely be charging… and for weight reasons too lol.
  5. What mod are you doing to your 2023+ Integra first?

Dealer here believes it’ll definitely be MY2024 which seems likely. Best guess is fall reveal and spring release. It doesn’t seem likely they’ll be available by end of 2023. Gives the markets time to recover hopefully.
  6. Integra Type-S Predictions - PLACE YOUR BETS!!!

Sounds like all that’s different between the Accord’s K20C4 and the TLX’s K20C6 are the mounts and likely a tune… according to Wikipedia at least. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_K_engine#K20C Although the K20C4 in the Acura RDX and the K20C6 in the Acura TLX share the same internals...
  7. Integra Type-S Predictions - PLACE YOUR BETS!!!

It’s almost certainly happening, and a unique engine is certainly not. It’ll be a 2.0T that’s nearly identical to the Accord’s or TLX’s. The Integra doesn’t really compete with the TLX. That’s a lot bigger and heavier, sedan, limited interior space. Integra is far more practical and looks...
  8. Integra Type-S Predictions - PLACE YOUR BETS!!!

Agreed just under 40k US before freight/pdi, TLX motor and trans, no manual my bet is they play it conservative, for now at least. Update: I bet they do a manual No awd, at least not yet, if sales go well this could come later but adds a lot of cost and weight to a low volume vehicle. Too...
  9. 2023 Integra Production Officially Kicks Off at Marysville Auto Plant! [Video Added]

Hopefully they can dust off a few left over Accord 6M transmissions and pop them into some Type S Integras.
  10. GTI

The article was ok but didn’t really boil down why you would or would not chose each option. For example, G70: you would buy this for the more luxurious interior and exterior, but you’d chose the Integra for price, rear seat space, lift back or available manual.
  11. What’s it gonna take to get you to buy a Type S?

The 3 setting dampers should be able to give a pretty comfortable ride compared to the Si. That being said, I doubt the current Si is that bad… probably no worse than 10th in sport mode which I don’t find bad unless you’re on really bad roads.
  12. What’s it gonna take to get you to buy a Type S?

No you’re right, it’s a great value… if you’re math challenged or didn’t read closely enough to notice I’m talking Canadian prices.
  13. What’s it gonna take to get you to buy a Type S?

In the US, it’s Si (27,300), Integra (31,895), Integra 6M (36,895). Here, it’s Si (33,150), Integra (34,350), Integra 6M (42,550). So, the base Integra is a very good value here and so is the Si still. However, the Integra 6M at $9400 over the Si and almost 45k after freight/pdi isn’t a...
  14. This wait will be the end of me!

I dunno, fewer Minis out there sounds like good news :hmm:
  15. What’s it gonna take to get you to buy a Type S?

Hopefully the Type S will be a better value (relatively) than the A Spec 6M. 42K to get the same 200Hp in the 34K Si is a bit tough to swallow. If Type S is more than 47K here imma be less than impressed.
  16. Official: 2023 Acura Integra Full Pricing & Availability (June 2022) Released!

That extra $8200 for the manual doesn’t really seem to get you your money’s worth. Good on them for fair entry level pricing but that’s a typical marketing ploy to get people in the door so it’s self serving of course. Then another $2700 to get an appearance package that makes it look a lot...
  17. Acura Released Build Dates For 2023 Integra !!!

Those heated wheels and seats won’t come cheap but they will be welcome.
  18. Placing Orders

Roll with it until something goes wrong. Might want to line up a plan b though… car sales staff confidence is inversely proportional to the truth in my experience.
  19. GTI

I’ve only owned Hondas too and have given the GTI serious thought. I landed on slow is only a problem on rare occasions but you look at the car way more often. Ugly is forever.
