  1. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

We are also at the beginning of fully digital displays on cars. Prior to now there is really no way of "hacking" the analog gauges. With that said, I would suspect that's locked down tight, otherwise it will open up the good old "rolling back" the odometers.
  2. Ordering Integra Type S

I would ask them to put wager on it if they are saying 60k MSRP. :D As much as I would love an AWD ITS, that's also bunk. I don't know what they are trying to sell you, maybe an A-Spec but those are lies coming out of their mouth if they are serious. And I will find a new dealer to buy from.
  3. Ordering Integra Type S

Not quiet ready to put down a deposit yet until we get the pricing info. Hopefully that's coming in April with the reveal.
  4. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

Logically I would agree, but is it just me or does it look like the infotainment screen on the new 2023 Accord? Or maybe it's just a laptop...
  5. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

Curious where you have heard the Type-S would be a more limited model? Everything I have read seem to indicate otherwise that ITS will be more widely available in time than Type-R. Especially with it been build in OH.
  6. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

I found this line in their article a little misleading: The most expensive non-Type S 2023 Integra can reach just over $46,000. Yes if you add every single appearance and accessories options that are possible. More realistic top of the line A-Spec with Technology pack is actually around $38k...
  7. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

ITS definitely needs to be under $50k base to be competitive. CTR is $43.3k Golf R $44.7k S3 $46.8k CLA 35 $47.9k It makes sense to me for ITS to slot in below S3 and maintaining the ~$1k advantage that CTR has over Golf R. So my guess is ~$45.8k for ITS. Anything higher than Gof R and S3...
  8. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

Same here but it's all going to depend on demand. There has been no demand for Integra for example so there is no mark up vs Civic Si. Hopefully Integra Type-S follows suite...
  9. Official: 320 HP for 2024 Integra Type S! Full Reveal Next Month @ Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (April 14)

I agree, CTR is already under-rated from the factory so I doubt they are actually doing anything to get that "extra" 5 hp. Anyone else think the exhaust actually sounds good when compare against the CTR? Be cool if it actually sounds like that vs the enhanced audio.
  10. crickets - some of my thoughts on the upcoming Integra Type S

There are multiple MDX type S models? Just for fun I did a search for TLX Type-S available for sale nationwide, it shows 660+. The same search for '23 Type R shows 99... Hopefully this is a good indication about the ITS availability in the future.
  11. crickets - some of my thoughts on the upcoming Integra Type S

Yea I don't understand dealers that are charging ADM for any Civics to be honest. If you could get a Integra at MSRP it's basically a no brainer for any buyer.
  12. crickets - some of my thoughts on the upcoming Integra Type S

Assuming you kept the stock parts, a lot of people would return the car to stock before trading it in. And then sell the mods to try to recover some of the investment.
  13. crickets - some of my thoughts on the upcoming Integra Type S

I'm more cross shopping with an used FK8 or FL5 CTR instead of Si. ITS is going to be in the price range/above CTR and way more than Si. If I find a good deal with the CTR I will probably jump on that vs wait for the ITS.
  14. crickets - some of my thoughts on the upcoming Integra Type S

A few more speculations. Seem like Tiger Eye Pearl is the signature color for the Type-S in general if TLX and MDX are any indication. Guessing we should expect that as an option for the ITS along with most of the A-spec colors. Not sure I'm big fan of the color but at least it would be...
  15. crickets - some of my thoughts on the upcoming Integra Type S

I'm cross shopping between GRC and CTR, came across ITS as an option based on the available info. I test drove an A-spec 6MT and was impressed with the fun to drive factor but was disappointed by the power. So I'm hopeful that the ITS would address that concern with the CTR 2.0. With that...
