Pricing and performance aside, the differentiator is the approachability of the SDI E-CLIK over the DSC Sport offering. Many people tune their vehicles with Hondata yet never open FlashPro Manager on their computer. I imagine the same with these modules, but if you have an intuitive interface in...
Curious, why would you limit yourself by running all seasons with 500whp? That seems counterintuitive for the money and time spent to get it to that power level.
I have no real world evidence to support these claims, but the manufacturer's testing shows:
"...reduce peak coolant temps by 17°F, and peak oil temps by 7°F."
In conjunction with the turbo and downpipe blanket, I did notice a significant reduction in radiant heat under the hood. If anything...
I’ve replaced my pads using both methods but would rather have the control units manage it themselves with an OBDII.
I have this scanner but recommend a nicer option as it can be slow and freeze at times.
Modern cars are full of technology, you’ll find plenty of other uses for a scan tool.
I’m not sure I understand what you’re trying to get at here…
Alike any other vehicle with an OBDII, the dealer will connect their system(s) and export whatever data they need/want per their process. I’m sure somewhere you’ve acknowledged and agreed to this by way of a signature; that’s how the...
There is not much to react to with an aftermarket intercooler. It will prolong your ability to stay in it for longer on track and that’s about it.
I have the PRL intercooler in black which blends into the bumper. I value the appearance enhancements equal to the performance gains.
I second this. Camber if your friend in this scenario. Most 200TW have much stiffer sidewalls than performance summers which allows you to run lower pressures.
On track, my cold pressure is typically high 20s which rises to mid 30s on hot laps.
Spraying lubricating silicone into the window frame on the front and rear of the window fixed the issue for me. I believe the absence of a lubricant was causing extra friction which tripped the safety sensor.
