That's my thought too. I guess they want a premium for the chance of having a MT? I would've opted for a base trim 31kish if they had an 10sp, but if I'm getting a car with a CVT I might as well save money and get a civic since it has a very similar interior anyway. I really hope Acura reveals...

I don't see why they would put a MT on the Type S. It doesn't make sense. If the Integra's been making cost cutting moves this entire time with the CVT, the Civic interior, etc then how much money could they possibly make giving customers a MT option on their type S and catering to the small...

I wasn't looking at those cars and I haven't researched what else they offer, so I don't really have any opinions on them. I know Acura/Honda doesn't go big on the numbers and their cars simply feel good and are fun to drive, so I'll just wait and see what happens.
