Well, I'm definitely falling for Acura's marketing even though it's pretty much everything we've been expecting, lol.
Wish the 9inch screen was standard on all trims. I hope it actually starts on 30k instead of 33k. Hopefully the civic interior made that possible.
Not sure why people are flaming you. Didn't reviewers almost universally say that the TLX Type S could've used some additional power due to it being so heavy? I'm sure it's an absolutely fantastic car to have and drive, but I don't think it's wrong to want more performance from a performance...
I also heard that it's been tuned to be more focused on comfort than performance, so it won't exactly shift very fasting. Less than stellar visibility from the back, less cargo space, and leg room in the back, and no touchscreen display, worse suspension, but the AWD, 250HP, non-CVT, and best of...
That's my thought too. I guess they want a premium for the chance of having a MT? I would've opted for a base trim 31kish if they had an 10sp, but if I'm getting a car with a CVT I might as well save money and get a civic since it has a very similar interior anyway.
I really hope Acura reveals...
I don't see why they would put a MT on the Type S. It doesn't make sense. If the Integra's been making cost cutting moves this entire time with the CVT, the Civic interior, etc then how much money could they possibly make giving customers a MT option on their type S and catering to the small...
I wasn't looking at those cars and I haven't researched what else they offer, so I don't really have any opinions on them. I know Acura/Honda doesn't go big on the numbers and their cars simply feel good and are fun to drive, so I'll just wait and see what happens.
No, seriously. I have no idea why people are getting offended on behalf of a corporation. Plenty of insults being throwing around for questioning Acura. Most of those ironic.
Do let us know how the Mazda 3 is! Maybe possible regrets + thoughts after the Integra is released and reviewed.
Yup, basic but a classic. Really looking forward to the interior red though. Most people I know don't have any special interior color. In California too so black would be hell during the summer and more maintenance over all
Most likely. I would've been fine with a 32k starting price if it meant not having a CVT. :/
Either Majestic Black/Red or Platinum White Pearl/Red for me!
Does the 2.5 Turbo Mazda 3 Hatchback count? Much better interior, AWD, not a CVT, 250 HP, and it starts at 31.5k.
Cramped in the back, less cargo space, poor visibility from the back, and uses a dial knob instead of a touchscreen infotainment, but I think the first three points more than make...
I just didn't want to make any definitive statements on leaks no matter how likely it was. Unfortunately, there are people who take criticism of Acura a little too personally.
