I worked with Maxim (Sales general manager) at Acura Ste-Julie for my ITS and a TLX-S. Great guy. Not a lyer. You can trust him. Your order might be late (as my ITS was), but it was not his fault.

Not normal IMO.
Never had a problem in the rain. Never had a problem when super cold.
Only problem was in a snow storm. Sensors were covered with snow/ice. Went away as soon as conditions were OK and sensors cleaned from snow/ice.
Just beware that pouches tend to lose effectiveness in time. I had good ones, tested them with the FOB in them, and car was not receiving the FOB signal. Then yesterday, all of a sudden, I had the FOB in the pouch and walked near the car, and the lights came on! Car was receiving FOB signal!
So...
I too noticed more clunking type noises when it is cold outside (around 0 F or lower). But as soon as it becomes more hot outside, noises are gone. So I don't think that something is wrong...
Read a thread about that either here or on the Civic forums. Dealer didn't do the recall the right way and had to do it again to correct the heavier steering issue. Search, you should find the thread (or the post in a thread).
I think there is a setting for this. Don't remember if it was on the car or cell phone. It was annoying me that the music got lowered every time the nav app would talk.
And don't forget that parking in gear is only OK on levelled ground.
As soon as there is an incline, your car might move...
