Always had K&N on my cars for many, many years.
Tried the Spoon filter, but finally returned to K&N. Didn't feel the Spoon filter would remove anything since the holes in the filter are quite big: you can see through the filter.
I've read somewhere on this forum that a guy "taped" the TPMS inside the wheels in CTR wheels as you can't put the TPMS sensor where it belongs. He said that worked OK.
Search on the forum, you might find that message.
Can you drive the car like that, with the license plate titled and not visible? That would be a problem here...
Otherwise, this is a really nice option! Very tempting... Could probably just screw the plate with only 2 screws (in the two top holes of the plate, screwing them into the two bottom...
Look on the forum for 2 spare tire threads. One using the Acura RL spare, the other a BMW spare. Both have + and - IMO, depends on what is better for you.

Since I drive my car in the winter, would probably get a coated rotor (zinc or stainless - seems stainless coated is better for rust...
You'll end up paying more for the ASpec, with all the mods you want to do, and it'll still be a "lesser" car than the Type S. And you'll loose the warranty...
I would truly consider the Type S at that point. Pay it, and than, slowly mod the Type S, while maintaining the warranty while paying...
