I love it. Best splitter for the DE4 imo. I bought it 2nd hand from someone who never got around to installing. If I bought it direct I woudlve asked for the middle section to be paint matched for more pop. But it’s very subtle and sturdy.

It is touching but it’s not squeezing too hard. If you leave the battery cover on it’ll squeeze it a lot. So I recommend you at least fold it. I’ve seen someone loop it so the wires sit on top of the bar. Choice is yours

yes agreed ceramic labor is a scam is actually way easier than applying wax, the only real labor is paint correction

1000 for the labor sounds kinda worth it... me just changing my headliner on my old car cost me hours in removing glue, a terrible job and an additional $200 to have it professionally relined lol

so car needs to be "on" not with engine off?

i've paid $1200 for ceramic coating full interior/exterior/engine bay with paint correction (mind you car was only like a month old but wouldn't lower the price)

depending on what iphone you have and ios version, there was a big update to trollstore 2.0 which can give you access to carbridge for any app on your carplay. Iphone 12+ won't work if that saves you time.
