Take that as a compliment. Older ladies have seen a fair share in their lifetimes so to notice the ITS is definitely a good thing.
I had to older women ask me what kind of car the ITS is and that it’s nice. No bad publicity :)
certainly if you’re waiting for the right color and price there is certainly nothing wrong with waiting. I just meant there won’t be a huge influx of supply but it’ll be nice for people to get them at MSRP. I don’t think MSRP price would move down but there’s a number of people that have been...
18” wheels doesn’t necessarily change anything on its own. Wheels and tire that form larger diameter tires would push scrub radius outwards. While smaller diameter could move it inwards. On the diagram the wheel center line intersects scrub radius. A right angle should be formed between...
Down the road perhaps, maybe on the 2024 models. But the Type R FK8 has held value quite well and America first got it in 2017. Going on six years there’s only been in 40,000 CTR’s made worldwide, if we were to guess 20,000 for North America that’s like 3-4 allocations per dealership.
I think...
CTR and ITS are both styled amazingly. Very different looks yet both distinctive and attractive in their own way. There are enough differences externally and internally that it’s difficult to say a driver gets best of both worlds by picking one. ITS drivers might add something they like from FL5...
I went from 2000 Integra to 2006 TL to 2024 ITS.
I loved both of the first two cars but the ITS is in a different atmosphere. Never had this much fun driving a car period. Massive upgrade in every way and the ITS just comes alive in a way that you’re going to enjoy it for a long time.
ive...
Sorry you had to deal with this. There are jealous and envious people in the world. Don’t give them any satisfaction of letting them anger move forward get it fixed and those people will have to face the consequences of their actions one day
this is correct. Should be pointed out as many people might not be aware because many CTR owners have done it. the scrub radius should be which is in the center of the contact patch to minimize torque steer. Using a lower offset wheel over the 19”x9.5” +60mm the center of the contact patch moves...
I’d imagine it has to do with looks, variety of tire choices for either performance or winter and general trend. Another consideration is higher sidewalls for pothole protection. The torque steer and driving dynamics from going to 18”’s is a concern though.
many FL5 drivers like the TE37 five...
Reporting in. Two layers of Gtechniq wheel armor ceramic coat applied on both sets of wheels. Applicator pad and double wipe method with microfiber to eliminate high spots. Two hours wait between each layer. 18 hours to cure:
next. Drove family around and unfortunately a rainstorm poured...
everyone will age it’s inevitable. If you won’t enjoy the ITS at 61, what would ya do? Wait til 71? 81? 91? If you have the means then enjoy it now. We don’t work our entire lives just to say we’re too old for anything. Instead, pat yourself on the back for making it this far ?
I really like the overland Alcantara wrapped shifter console. Does require more maintenance care so maybe I’ll wrap it in brushed metal at some point
There is no age limit, other than beyond the physical capability to drive. If you enjoy any particular car, get it. It’s for you and has nothing to do with age
it’s horseshit indeed. They must know many customers apply ceramic coating on their XPEL ppf as they don’t have any with built in hydrophobic ceramic top cost as STek and Hexis has.
many people who have xpel/xpel stealth already have ceramic thinking they have 10 year warranty against...
