All I know is I'm happy to have it in NY. Seats feel noticeably warm in literally a minute or two of driving down the street. A heated steering wheel would be nice but Alcantara doesn't seem to get that cold anyways.

I've never done the windshield on any of mine, always 35% on the back and sides. IIRC years ago on my last tinted car the fine ran ~$200 each ticket. I don't think there were any points on your license then, but that may have changed.
