In my case was my wife the one that pushed me to get the ITS. I was set on getting a CTR but she wanted the ITS. For her the ITS looks like a 50K car the Civic doesn't even look like a 40K car. Honestly, all I want is a super sport compact. The ITS fits that definition too.

Maybe Im exaggerating but making a 4 passenger into a 5 passenger can provide candy for lawsuits if people get hurt in an accident and your vehicle was loaded. I would love to have 3 seats in the back but knowing how predatory lawyers and even police can be. I wouldn't even think about it.
