  1. Bigger turbo, whats the best option

I'm with you, I've been contemplating if I should just call it now or go all in. I have a TSP downpipe and the PRL inlet sitting in boxes and it's a little concerning (for my wallet) how dangerously close the turbo is to to those two components. The "while I'm in there" approach may win out.

    Wow those Kumhos run WIDE!
  3. Sending out an ECU for unlocking

They have remote unlock services now. I don't remember which vendor it was but I would check with Jester, DRob, Phearable to start.
  4. About drop-in engine filters and aftermarket air intakes.

That was one thing I noticed on these cars and it was confirmed when the tuners really dug into them. The factory intake design is really good and the same with the exhaust. Fueling is the real bottleneck when pushing these cars. A "Stage 2" tune with and without exhaust and intake bolt-ons...
  5. About drop-in engine filters and aftermarket air intakes.

I've always been of the opinion that intakes were not performance mods. Like exhaust. It's all for noise unless you're really pushing the envelope and trying to squeeze every last bit of performance out of the car.
  6. Lug Nuts

I have the project kics monolith and also purchased the end caps because I didn't want the exposed studs.
  7. Bigger turbo, whats the best option

I've found that we hit a plateau at ~380hp on the stage 2 tunes and basic bolt ons. After that, it requires a huge cash commitment to overcome that with turbo, intercooler, and fuel. Even then it's roughly a jump of 50hp-80hp from a stage 2 and close to $7k just in parts. With Ethanol it's a...
  8. DE5 will be exported to Japan

I got into about 10 mins of the video and I love how charmed they are by the car! The owner seems super proud of the Integra nameplate as well. Since their baseline experience is with the Type R, all of the little differences of the Type S comes off as meaningful and exciting. The reception...
  9. Wheels, Tires, & Suspension Setup Pics Thread

I want to say they're about 20-21lbs per wheel. Yes you can buy directly through them. I've had most success communicating through their Instagram account. https://www.instagram.com/vtforged?igsh=d3dpbTJldDVjcWdn
  10. Wheels, Tires, & Suspension Setup Pics Thread

https://www.vtforged.com/store/p172/RS-L-FORGED-MONOBLOCK-WHEELS.html#/ Thank you! These wheels but in brushed grey. They've since undergone another color transformation; Hyper Black. I actually just put them back on for summer this is how it sits currently. Excuse the pictures, it's amateur...
  11. Wheels, Tires, & Suspension Setup Pics Thread

I've always loved Work wheels and I'm glad to see someone tried them on these cars! As mentioned, I'm also on H&R and was on stock tires prior to switching to 275/30. The height in your pictures does look a *little* high but I'm thinking it's just the reference angle and lighting. 19x9.5 +35...
  12. Anyone tempted to trade in for this?

Took the words right out of my mouth. An S15 and an F87CS are on my short list of cars to own. My opinion about the Z is that in vacuum it's fantastic but amongst its peers it's a little lackluster. There's probably something I'm missing, much the same way that enthusiasts scoff at the Type S...
  13. Widest/highest profile tires for stock wheels?

This is exactly correct, 8" wide and 18" diameter.
  14. Widest/highest profile tires for stock wheels?

Just a word of caution, there is some numbness at the 35 profile that I'm not a fan of. It's definitely an improvement over bumps but turning and cornering feels a bit bland, if that makes any sense. It's minor but just enough to dampen my experience. I now run a 275/30 on those wheels (but...
  15. Widest/highest profile tires for stock wheels?

285 would be the limit on 9.5" wide wheels and even then I feel you'll be losing a bit of cornering stability. 275 is personally as wide I would go. Here is a 275/35 for reference, lowered on H&R springs on 19x9.5 +35 wheels.
  16. Deciding Between +37 and +44 on Volk CE28N's

+37 would be a great look if you're sticking with 9.5" wide and lowered in any capacity. It will come down to tire choice I ran these on a 19"x9.5" +35 lowered on H&R and ultimately settled on 275/30. 265/30 275/30 275/35 (last 3 photos)
  17. Deciding Between +37 and +44 on Volk CE28N's

Guilty. It wasn't a look that I preferred so I ended up settling on 275/30 very shortly after. OP: do you have plans to lower? If yes, +37. If not, +37.
  18. What did you do to your Integra Type S today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Are they boycotting the Del Taco? Is there a turf war going on? I'm strangely invested in this lore now.
  19. DSC Sport Suspension Module for our cars!

My biggest hope is that there's more take up so that we have much more community feedback. In turn this means more improvement and fine tuning of the product and settings.
