I see people just sliding it right off, I’ve tried sliding pulling up and over, and also tried sliding to the left without lifting. The tabs aren’t at the right angle I guess to slide out easily.
Hey guys, went to change the air filter, released the 2 silver clips, pulled up a little; and tried to pull to the left to free those clips on the right of the box. I can’t for the life of me slide the cover out. Even using a flathead to try and pry away from those right clips. Don’t want to...
So I have buzzing I can hear on cold starts, and when I hit 3.5k and above, but the rattle seems to be more in center of car/ more passenger side, and pressing on the dash above the glove box stops it. Do you think mine is something different?
This is a manual transmission, so maybe I’ll just change it when I get the filters. Why does the manual tell you not to do it yourself?
also I’m thinking I just reset the oil part, and didn’t reset the filters part yet, so I’m guessing that’s why it said A12 immediately after resetting oil?
Hey guys, just did my first oil change on my 2023 aspec Integra. Rotated the tires, still need to get the filters- what else do I need to inspect besides fluids?
Also I reset my maintenance reminder, and it says A12 now. Does that mean you basically replace the air filter and cabin filter every...
I feel like it also depends on which service advisor you get. Unfortunately for me the Acura dealer is almost an hour away, so I have to plan with other errands involving that drive. Honestly in addition to the seat, I have like coming and going rattling from multiple places, as many others do
Hey guys, I’ve been driving a manual car since 09, and it was an 06 Rsx type S. Really the only manual car I’ve driven regularly until the Integra. I had a hard time with smooth shifts with the Integra, and really couldn’t figure out why.
Recently started leaving my foot on the gas pedal, and...
Yeah I think it depends on which advisor you get, even though he said he would have the techs look at it. Not sure how you can be comfortable saying this is normal, nor would I describe my movements anywhere near “extreme” as he put in the notes on the service. Like what a joke
Went to the dealer today, showed him this noise, which sounds like a 100 year old recliner when you put any sort of weight on it. Normal movements, shifting… this is “normal”. In their report, said doesn’t make noise unless “extreme movements are made”… like shifting gears in the car and moving...
To follow up on this, still need to go to dealer to have looked at; and haven’t wanted to start prying myself- mainly because I’m looking at the part, and my top 3 buttons are crooked, and the parking break and brake hold button are perfectly straight. So I’m wondering how that could be looking...
