I agree it
Yea I agree with you. It leave alot to be desired. Good for gas mileage though. My drive to work avg was 35.4 this morning. Usually I'm like 29.4 in sport
I wouldn't see why. It could just be the throttle response curve is different in comfort but all modes are driveable. I'm confident about that. When I first tuned my far I only drove in comfort until about 800 miles before switched to normal
I'll agree with you. I tried comfort and the pedal does feel heavier and there is less throttle in the beginning but then it feels normal after 3000rpm but it does feel slower in comfort
I believe they can but they would only check if you had catastrophic engine failure. Routine visits or even minor engine repair I don't think they will be checking. I believe they can see a flash count( could be wrong) or an over rev count where some tunes let you go to 6800 rpms they can see...
I'm not on a phearable tune just yet. I've been messing around with ktuners off the shelf maps and because I made my own intake I wanted to make sure all the numbers were safe. With the off the shelve map or phearable its pretty much plug in play. No need to mess around with them, its just my...
Saw a blue one an hour ago with Florida plates. It had the roof wrapped in black and also an exhaust that had a nice sound to it. Flashed my lights at him to acknowledge and he flashed. Hope he's on here to share his exhaust.
20 min log using ktuner 18/21psi/earlyspool/throttleResponse2revmatch/turboresponse1/Customairbox
Not sure if i should even adjust the maf curve from stock. Looks ok to me but unsure. I will get a driving video soon
So far the petg is holding up quite well. It's 93 where I'm at. I let the car sit and idle for 15 mins just see how hot it would get and petg is holding strong with iat at 150f. Made an updated box.looks a little corny but I'm still playing around with ideas.
Thanx for the info. I'm due for a fill up so maybe I'll try another station. Heatsoak is not there anymore unless I'm idling a bit but once I start driving the temps drop drastically like 50f lower rather quickly. I didn't print a cover for Mt box yet so I'm wondering if that will help airflow...
Always appreciate your help and input. Honestly my car has been pulling fuel since I got it. If the car thinks it's getting more air than it really is does that mean the intake is possibly robbing me of power?
@KTuner quick question. So after more driving with the intake I made my ltft have gone up to -7 while cruising and stop and go traffic seems to level it out to -2 to 0. When im cruising my stft will hit between -7 to -5. I changed the MAF curve and i hope im doing this correctly but maf hz...
Ok so ever since I applied the 3d printed airbox it seems that my stft during normal driving is around -5% - -3%. But I've seen ltft go as high as -7% during highway driving but stop and go it drops back down to to -4 - -3%. Im going to make a revised airbox but my question @KTuner is if I...
I flashed mine just about 500 miles but I didn't push the car until about 700 miles in. I flashed the basic 16.5psi first and I waited until about 1000 Mike's before I went to the 18psi. But its recommended to wait the 1000 miles. I have 1700 Miles no issues and no clutch slippage. Since I see...
