Those are no “The” parts, those are parts for race teams.

Well, the HRC Titan7 TS-5 Forged 10x18 Wheel and Carbon Fiber Hood look to be the same as the HRC DE5.

Same as Race Car (hood doesn’t have vents, just wide open, etc), not same as intended spec for production level parts

Just going off the preproduction prototype, the hood looks the same. It may lack add-on vents, but those would be a separate part form the hood anyway.

Production level more than likely would not be carbon fiber, but they may have used that on the prototype and just painted it.

Same with the wheels, likely the same, just painted a different color.

I work with the team that is developing these parts at Honda, I can tell you for sure, these are NOT the parts that will be sold off of the HRC car.
There is a reason you have an have a race team account to purchase them from Honda right now.

That makes sense, consumer grade < race, so it would follow they would look to reduce the cost of production in order to hit a specific price-point for consumers while ensuring revenue goals. Though, that's not to say they weren't leveraged for the prototype or were those actually early production consumer parts?
