For rpm’s I give it 3/4 throttle slow ramp up to about 5k a few times every drive. I’ve done this on every car. To me, it is important to do this to build enough pressure in the cylinders for the rings to seat properly. I’d like to add that most of my friends who babied their s2k’s and 350/370z’s and went by the book and only took it to 3k rpm during break in all had oil burning issues. Those of us who use my method have never had oil burning issues. YMMV, and it’s your car so do what you think is right.

No issues parking it...think of all the sports cars in winter climates that don't see a crank for months at a time. I have done so for 2+ months at a time the past 10 years with an extra car.

In fact, better to just leave it and not 'start it every once in a while' which causes a bit more harm then good. If you are going to start it, its to drive it and be sure its at operating temp.

Cool. Just one more month until I take her out and can't wait. Will get her out and do a fresh oil change. It's been a long winter up here in Canada

what about if you park your car for the winter? You can leave it in for a few months and then change it in the spring. I believe the manual says that it's good for up to 1 year (if I remember correctly)
I'm new to the Honda/Acura community but in years of motorcycling, we change oil in the fall before putting bikes up for the winter. Logic is that you don't want the contaminants in used oil sitting in there all winter.

Same, did that with motorcycle. Makes total sense, it was called 'winterizing' the bike. Trickle charger for battery too
