Storage for Acura integra

Hello! I plan on storing my 2023 Acura integra manual transmission for 6 months. My car oil was changed 2.5 months ago and is at 60% life.

My checklist was to

1. Interior/ exterior detail
2. Add max PSI to tires
3. Fill car with non ethanol 91 and add fuel stabilizer
4. Disconnect car battery
5. Add car cover
6. Use ramps for tires to prevent flat spots
7. Change car oil??
   
   I would like to know if I am missing anything or, if anything is unnecessary since it’s only 6 months. Any help will be appreciated

That's pretty much it and make sure you keep on a battery tender or remove the battery from the vehicle.

Also, keep up with rodent control. I found laying dryer sheets in various corners in the vehicle, on the floorboards, in the hatch, under the hatch floor, in the engine bay in various places, block the intake and exhaust, and keep the area clear and free of food and whatnot. I even put dryer sheets on each tire and at the bottom inside the rim. Spray peppermint oil on cotton balls and place all around as well to deter rodents and pests.

I store my cars for 6 months each per year. Biggest concerns are fuel stability and rodent control. I bought a good cover for indoor. I highly recommend you pick up some activated charcoal bags and put a couple inside after cleaning the interior, will really help keep any musty or stale odors out. I also use the unscented fabric sheets in strategic places to keep the mice out. They can get in and can really make a mess of things.

I use the Amsoil gasoline stabilizer, but we have some pretty extreme temperature and humidity changes here. Stabil or Lucas will do for well in most climates for less money.

Battery gets removed and brought indoors and cycled on a trickle charger.

Been storing my Miata for 16 years and, until recently, a boat also. Put a container of Damp Rid in the trunk and inside the car.
