Max comfortable height for 2nd row headroom?

Is there enough headroom for normal height people in the 2nd row?

specs show:
Type R Rear headroom: 37.1
Integra Rear headroom: 36.4


I've watched many reviews and getting wide range of opinions of how tall you can get before hitting the headliner.
Some were as short as 5'8" and were touching it
Some were 6'1 and were comfortable and didnt touch it.

Getting confusing. I see the headliner indent is offset in front of the rear seat. Meaning if you sit with your head against the headrest then you will hit the headliner much sooner then if you were about 6 inches away from the headset.

How what would you say is a safe max height to be comfortable in the rear seats?

I don’t touch at 6’1. But it’ll vary depending if you’re a mostly legs 6’1 or a mostly torso 6’1.

Posture matters. I’m OK at 5ft 11in but only barely.

I'm mainly legs at 6'0'' and have no issues.
