Hi everyone,
We’d like to share a video that shows how our hand-laid pre-preg carbon fiber parts are made in our factory.

The video show the production process — including mold preparation, manual layup of pre-preg carbon fiber, controlled curing, precision trimming, and final quality inspection.
Compared to traditional wet carbon fiber, pre-preg construction allows for better resin consistency, improved structural integrity, and a cleaner finish. This process requires more time, skilled labor, and strict process control, but results in a higher-quality carbon fiber part.
