Good price?

Hello! I'm looking to upgrade my 2016 Civic EX with sensing, although I'm not in a rush - car still runs great. But it's getting close to 10yrs and thinking about possibly upgrading before I run into major repairs. One of the cars I'm looking at is the 2026 Integra a-spec with tech package (cvt). After all rebates/discounts and TTL, the out the door price they're offering me is 36.8k.

Is this a good deal? Or just average? What's the likelihood that it'll go down even more in late Dec?

I got the same but a 2025 model in October of 2024, was 37.5k with a few addons. Sticker was just over 40k
