Accomplished Gloss Black A install without removing Bumper and man it looks great! First thing I did was take floss and slowly saw the adhesive that is at the top and bottom of the A then pull the emblem out a little bit and you will see there is also a gloss black plate behind the A that comes off with the emblem so I took two rags doubled them up and worked them between the plate and A on each side to protect the gloss black plate. Then I carefully broke and snipped (with good cutters and interior pry tool) the A until I had everything off except two small pieces still attached to the screws. I then took some needle nose grabbed the small piece of plastic pulled, twisted and squeezed at the same time until the plastic just fell off the screw. I then pushed the screws inward and tried to catch them with a magnet but that didn't work so I do have two small screws laying somewhere down in the bumper which is only downside to the whole thing. After the A and Gloss plate were removed I cleaned them up and then mounted the new A to the plate with provided 3m. Next thing I did was screwed in two # 6 one inch stainless screws being very careful not to screw in to far and come out the front of the A. I then snipped off the heads leaving about 3/4 of an inch sticking out the back, purpose of screws was to have another glue point but actually can be glued without added screws. I then took some JB Plastic Weld and brushed a heavy coat of glue on the screws, Alignment pins and mounting indentation on the car and back of the plate then let it dry a couple minutes then stuck it together. Didn't want to use glue everywhere or mount tape in fear it would make it stick out father then intended. It went back together real well and the next day was solid as a rock. I did not want to remove a bumper off a brand new car so this is an alternative for someone that feels the same way. Just be careful when breaking the A using the rag under pressure points, you don't want to mess up the plate behind it. There are alignment studs so everything goes back nice and straight. Hope this helps someone!
