There seems to be a sizeable dent and scratch on my car's left fender.
I went to and called a couple collision centers to get a quote on the job and they said it could be upwards of up to $500+ or so.
I managed to find the part online for around $200-250 bucks already paint-matched with the A-spec emblem and without any defects.
But upon talking to multiple sources, they claim, "All cars are painted a certain way so even if you get the part and it's the same color, It may not match."
Though I wonder if there's much validity in that statement or if they're just trying to convince me to use their service for a $250 upcharge?
