Chirp in suspension

I have a 2023 Integra A-Spec with 60,000 miles. I have a squeak/ chirp that has developed that is intermittent. Happens over bumps. I had to have a tire replaced and the chirp went away so I thought it was somehow related to that but then it came back. When I took it to the dealer it was being particularly quiet so I had to bring it home. Waited till it was super noisy and took the shop foreman for a ride and he heard the chirp. Made an appointment, dropped the car off and once again, they are telling me they can't recreate the noise and to pick it up. It's also make a scraping sound of some sort at higher speeds going over a ridge in the road. Any thoughts?

Thank you Dan. It seems that once the car has been put on the lift it makes the noise go away for a few days, then it comes back. I feel like I'm in a catch 22.
