Spraying lubricating silicone into the window frame on the front and rear of the window fixed the issue for me. I believe the absence of a lubricant was causing extra friction which tripped the safety sensor.
Confirmed, multiple acura dealerships said this is the solution. They are aware its a common issue with their new cats, and adding tint makes it worse.
