Aftermarket fog lights?

so I got the OEM illuminated a-mark emblem in hand and getting ready to soon take off the front bumper to make the swap. Wanted to see if anyone had any luck getting aftermarket fog lights for their teggy?
I checked Acura parts and Honda parts, noticed the fog light parts are the same down to the part number.
My only concern now is if I get AM fog lights intended for the civic, if there will be any conflicts on fitment?
Has anyone on this platform try this on their car? If so, care to share the results?
