2017 mdx Car starts without pressing the brake pedal

HI, I have a 2017 Acura mdx and all of a sudden the car starts without pressing the brake pedal. I tried to put the car in ignition on only but won't as the car start right away, now not giving me the opportunity to scan the car while ignition on only. i have change the brake light and the brake light works normal

Is the brake switch well adjusted? I guess the car knows you press the brake pedal from a signal that comes from the brake switch...

Might be wrong though.
