Yes! The RV6 DP has a bracket that lines up with the factory heatshield. The elbow blanket fits nicely over it. No issues. I know there's some debate about their effect on the longevity of the turbo. But they also made a huge difference to the engine bay temps too.
Understand completely! Yeah the dogbone alone won't be too bad. But I would definitely avoid the Hasport if NVH is a concern, since it uses a poly bushing. It's pretty firm even with a 'street' durometer bushing. PRL's would be a better choice being that it uses EPDM instead. It's more OEM+ I...
The solid mounts helped greatly. Lots more NVH now but I also get zero wheel hop and greatly increased traction. Even just replacing the rear dogbone mount will have a big effect.
But the Phearable tune also helped a lot, since it's has 4 different maps based on traction -- map 1, for instance...
Here's my build so far. Purchased the car in June of 2024 and told myself I was going to leave it stock. But my previous car was an FBO Mk7 GTI that made plenty of low-end torque. So the Type-S actually felt a bit weaker in that sense. That's when the bug bit me again :D

Honda Modern Steel (NH797M) is a very close match. U-POL has this color code available in a spray can. I used it to fix some curb rash on one of my wheels and it came out great. You can find it on Amazon. It does need clearcoat, however.
