I just feel like having a clean factory ECU available is a good idea in general, warranty stuff aside. I’ve read too many horror stories about ECUs getting bricked for one reason or another, especially when flashing maps, etc.

I guess you could just push on the shield to make the gap between the rotor and the shield bigger and drop the rock out but if it's on the top it just risks getting stuck worse.

Thank you all. I'll ask the dealer if they had the windshield tinted when they sent it off for tinting. If they did tint the windshield it must be some sort of clear UV blocking only film.
