Sorry that you had to deal with beading issues with your Apex wheels. Now that there's an ABP thread, I have an excuse to share more of the pics my friend took a while back. It's definitely not as bad as black but dust can definitely leave a brown hue once it gets dirty. A ceramic coating definitely helps in adding some depth and making cleaning a lot easier.

How soon has it been since you had it tinted? Sometimes those smaller bubble with go away after curing especially if it is just moisture, but if it is still there after a week, definitely bring it back to your shop for them to fix it.
