What I expected but I'm still in the denial phase I guess.
I'm curious why you think the whole door panel would need to be replaced, or did you mean just the door handle? Maybe the picture is making the scratch seem bigger than it is, but my understanding was even if the damage extends to the...
Yesterday while driving down the highway, I heard a loud BANG against the driver door.
Looks like something got flung up and left some scratches and a slight dent on the door panel, then decided that wasn't enough and proceeded to take out a tiny chunk of the door handle before leaving.
I'm new...
From the 2023 report on the jd powah website
“The continuing decline in quality can be attributed to multiple factors such as greater usage and penetration of technology; continued integration of known problematic audio systems into other new models; poor sounding horns; cupholders that don’t...
Yeah the CVT version has an option to automatically apply the parking brake when you turn off the car, but they removed it from the manual for some reason.
I don’t think it’s that comparable to the regular civic sedan. You’re getting the improved platform bits from the si, it’s a “hatchback” body style, and like others said you’re getting a more premium ownership experience with acura’s warranty, roadside assistance, and dealership.
Like I...
Exactly why I got mine lol. Otherwise I would’ve gone with a 3 year old fully loaded IS350 F-sport.
I’m sure honda isn’t selling civic si’s at a loss, so where exactly is that extra 10k going towards in this car that isn’t the mechanical bits shared between the two? Exterior design changes...
Can only speak for A-spec, but it will only turn down the mirror that is selected with the adjustment switch, so leaving it in the middle will have no mirrors turn down and there is no way stock to have both mirrors turn down.
Just checked the specs again on the honda automobiles website: Civic sedan Touring trim has homelink. Civic hatchback Sport Touring trim has homelink.
No idea why they decided to cut it on integra, other brands have borderless rearview mirrors with homelink so that’s not it.
Wow, I had noticed the noise about a week ago when driving with my windows down and wondered what it could be. Seems to match up with what was described here, glad to know it’s nothing to worry about.
From what I can tell the doors let in a good amount of noise (along with the rest of the car...) so there will probably be some benefit if done right, but not as much as if you were to do the whole thing. I vote you watch some YouTube videos on installation, do it, and get back to us with...
I think you are onto something here @Mattyboo.
I turned off the “Rev Match System” setting, which if anyone is confused both rev-matches downshift (very well imo) as well as hold the revs a bit for upshifts. With it disabled, any time you disengage the clutch revs will drop faster than if you...
I have managed to get the occasional really smooth 1 -> 2 shifts, but it is very hard. Usually I’ll end up with a little bump shifting around 2.5 - 3k.
This is with auto rev match on, but next time I drive I’ll turn it off and see if I find it any easier.
I like moonroofs to vent out hot air during the summer and maybe once in a blue moon I’ll open it up all the way, but I’m also a little disappointed in how small the one in the integra is compared to the competition nowadays.
Maybe a decade or two ago this was a more standard size, but I’ve...
I like the majority of my experiences so far and have fun driving around with the 6 speed, but it does feel like they let the bean counters have too much say in what is suppose to be the top trim of an entry-luxury car.
3, 12, and 13 are probably my biggest complaints in order. Quieter cabin...
