Wife has already approved green or purple. She's had 4 new cars since I last had mine (growing family). She is just happy for me to get a new car. ?
  2. crickets - some of my thoughts on the upcoming Integra Type S

As far as purple, the Dodge and M240i come to mind.
  3. crickets - some of my thoughts on the upcoming Integra Type S

Everything I have heard about the Type-S so far sounds completely suitable for my needs. I have not had a new car in 15 years, and I am really looking forward to this one. My only real hope is that it might be available in a deep green or purple.
  4. 4 Seater?

Why would they change it for the Civic Type-R? Alas, here we are.
  5. 2024 Integra Type S Officially Announced! + First Drive Reviews Inside!

Yeah, I saw the Jonathan Rivers AMA. Why the all-caps? We'll see if he meant what he said. As I mentioned earlier, I don't care either way. I'll buy one even if it's wind-powered and one-wheel-drive. Cheers!

  10. 2024 Integra Type S Officially Announced! + First Drive Reviews Inside!

I noticed in the Acura press release that it does not explicitly state front-wheel-drive, it only notes the LSD. To me that is for one of two reasons. 1. They don't want to admit it has FWD only and subsequently slow down the hype train. 2. It has AWD available, and they want to save that...
  11. Acura Integra Type S spy shots! [Updated w/ pics showing wider fenders and triple exhaust tips]

To each their own. I'm a big fan of the definition in the fenders, as long as they are not tacked-on a la FK8. A duckbill spoiler would seal the deal for me.
  12. Ordering Integra Type S

I completely agree. I have called four dealers so far. Two of them (thankfully reasonably close to me) have given me measured responses along the lines of "we are aware of the recent press release regarding the prototype, but we do not have any more information than that from Acura; I can take...
