ITS seems like a dream car on top of the 6MT headed to me in June. I’d seriously consider a trade up if I want more power and gadgets but not at the expense of a bumpy ride, like in Civic Si.
Happy to say, my dealership called today. My requested blue/orchid manual will be delivered in June! I’m in California, 93001. Dealing with Acura of Santa Barbara.
Went to the L.A Auto Show and Acura was nowhere. Honda had a full spread, though. I loved the new Ridgeline aand Pilot, though I don’t need those vehicles.
Today the dealership called me to advise that although I am first in line, the allocation they received from Acura does not include any 6MT in Blue. Only CVT is available to him in Blue as of today. My choices for 6MT are Red (ugh no), White/Red, or Liquid Carbon/Black. I turned those down, so...
To me, there is no legitimacy with “dealer required accessories.” I am the buyer and will participate in a fair deal only. If they even try to rip me off, I’ll collect my deposit and walk. I will smear their name big time if they try dirty tricks. That said, I have a good feeling about the...
On the IntegraTalk site, we have a thread with discussion of what dealers have said when asked about MSRP.
A week ahead of opening day, I picked a dealer, confirmed they’d handle my order (reservation really), and if they got the car, it would be no markup over MSRP.
I don’t like even paying...
My res is for Apex Blue/Orchid. My current buggy is a dark purple Honda with charcoal interior. The new Integra black interior will be darker than what I have. After test driving a Tesla 3 and Y with white interiors and glass roofs, I’m into the change to the Orchid. It looks like a GE Soft...
True for me. My partner bought a Nissan Leaf last year that was only 10 months old. It will be driven a lot more than the Integra. I hope the Integra will be a big hit and future classic. I’m keeping my CR-Z, with its 37 mpg, for bad traffic and long commuting.
On tint, I’d go direct to a tint shop so you can decide to go 3M ceramic or cheaper tint that dealers would have done. Last year I had my CR-Z done with 3M for $600. Keeps the car slightly cooler, blocks nearly all UV and is low distortion. It’s so nice.
